Best Wash provides commercial waterproofing, hood cleaning, and exterior services. We’ve been helping businesses like yours since 2007.
Best Wash covers the exterior and envelope side of commercial building maintenance, not the full building-systems list. If your commercial maintenance services roster includes any of the services listed below, we’re the ones to call.
If your commercial kitchen has an exhaust hood, it has an inspection date. Best Wash cleans the entire exhaust system, filters, fans, ductwork, and the hood itself. Inside and out, to NFPA 96 standards. You get documentation you can hand an inspector without a second thought, plus a dated sticker showing when the next cleaning is due.
Pressure washing uses detergent-based cleaning to lift dirt and buildup from a building’s exterior, sidewalks, and commercial surfaces, without damaging what’s underneath.
Restoration goes further: the right chemical treatment for the surface, joint sealant, repointing where mortar has failed, and a water repellent application to protect it going forward.
Every job starts with an assessment of what the building actually needs. Standard jobs get ladders, squeegees, and poles; taller buildings get a lift. Either way, the storefront looks like it’s open for business.
Lawn maintenance and landscape upkeep for commercial grounds, keeping the property presentable as part of the same visit.
Commercial clients get their work documented with photos.
Waterproofing shows up in two different situations: tied into new construction alongside air barrier work, or retrofitted onto a building that’s already standing and already showing problems. A growing share of our work now falls into that second category: foundation cracks, old stone foundations that have started letting water in, or an addition going onto a building that’s been standing for decades. When a job calls for a specific product system, we bring the manufacturer in on the spec rather than guessing.
Air barrier installation is mostly new construction: above-grade work on buildings still going up, installed to spec and tied into the building envelope. Best Wash holds ABAA accreditation for air barrier installation.
Dampproofing is a more economical way to protect a foundation wall than full waterproofing, applied by spray or roll. It’s used where there’s no basement involved, on both commercial and residential jobs. It’s typically new construction rather than existing buildings.
Small-scale demolition: tearing out flooring, ceilings, or walls, cutting new openings, or removing plumbing ahead of a renovation.
The complaint we hear most about a previous vendor isn’t quality. It’s that they didn’t show up, or didn’t answer the phone. We specifically built our process to avoid that.
Scheduling stays flexible, and we keep material on hand for the jobs we know are coming. If something needs to be rescheduled, we’re the ones who call you about it, not the other way around.
We’re upfront about timing. How fast we can get to a job depends on crew and material availability. We won’t hand you a number that we can’t back up. What we will do is give you a straight answer and a plan.
Most of our commercial work comes through general contractors who worked with us for years. They understand the value of partnerships that offer a full range of services and competitive pricing.
Franchise groups and multi-location operators don’t need a different vendor at every address. Best Wash coordinates hood cleaning and exterior service, including pressure washing, across properties in Central PA, with a single point of contact for scheduling.
